Are you an experienced SAP AMS professional with leadership experience in Service Desk operations?
We’re looking for a German-speaking SAP Service Desk Lead to join our team!
What you bring:
• 8+ years SAP AMS experience
• 3+ years Service Desk leadership
• Fluent English
• Strong ITIL knowledge
• SAP Incident Management expertise
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
What you’ll do:
• Lead the German-speaking SAP Service Desk
• Manage ticket triage & assignment
• Monitor SLA compliance
• Coordinate L2/L3 support teams
• Drive Knowledge Management
• Be the key customer contact for operational support
